We are seeking an AI Scientist with strong expertise in pharma domain data and a deep understanding of foundation models. This role focuses on leveraging and augmenting existing models to generate insights that support clinical studies and oncology research.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize and augment foundation models for healthcare and pharma-specific datasets.
• Drive data analysis and insight generation to support oncology-focused clinical trials.
• Collaborate with computational biologists and data scientists to enhance research outcomes.
• Package AI-driven solutions for integration into clinical study platforms.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in data handling and AI applications.

Qualifications:

• B.S. in Computational Biology, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• 10–15 months of experience working with foundation models in healthcare or pharma contexts.
• Strong understanding of pharma domain data, oncology research, and clinical trial workflows.
• Proficiency in Python, data analysis tools, and familiarity with AI model augmentation techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Background in computational biology or oncology.
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks and AI-driven research tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, research-driven environment.
