Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Administration Faculty, based in Thodupuzha. Responsibilities include designing and delivering high-quality course content, mentoring students, and providing guidance to help them achieve academic and professional success. The faculty member will also engage in curriculum development, implement industry-aligned teaching methodologies, and participate in academic events. Collaboration with colleagues to advance educational strategies and maintain an updated knowledge base in healthcare administration is integral to this role.

Qualifications

Extensive knowledge and expertise in healthcare administration, including healthcare policies, practices, and management frameworks.
Experience with curriculum development, educational program design, and application of practical skills to theoretical concepts.
Strong teaching, public speaking, and mentoring skills with the ability to inspire and guide students.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Proficiency in research methodologies and critical analysis.
Master's or Doctoral degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field (required).
