Health Progress Manager

The Health Progress Manager will work closely with the operations and sales teams. This role is ideal for someone with a background in health and wellness, a basic understanding of health principles, and a passion for encouraging others to lead a healthy, positive lifestyle. The main responsibility is to monitor clients' journeys, ensuring they receive the best possible support and achieve their health goals.

Key Responsibilities:

● Client Journey Monitoring:

○ Regularly check in on clients to track their progress.

○ Collect testimonials, videos, and feedback from clients to gauge their satisfaction and improvement.

○ Maintain detailed records of client progress reports.

● Operations Support:

○ Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth client experiences.

○ Address and resolve any issues clients may encounter during their journey.

● Sales Support:

○ Assist the sales team with client renewals.

○ Generate new business opportunities by leveraging client feedback and success stories.

○ Promote and encourage client referrals.

● Health and Wellness Advocacy:

○ Motivate and inspire clients to maintain a healthy and positive lifestyle.

○ Provide basic health and wellness guidance as needed.

Qualifications:

● Background in health and wellness.

● Basic understanding of health principles.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to motivate and inspire others.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
