Health Progress Manager

Role Summary:The Health Progress Manager will work closely with the operations and sales teams. This role isideal for someone with a background in health and wellness, a basic understanding of healthprinciples, and a passion for encouraging others to lead a healthy, positive lifestyle. The mainresponsibility is to monitor clients' journeys, ensuring they receive the best possible support andachieve their health goals.Key Responsibilities:● Client Journey Monitoring:○ Regularly check in on clients to track their progress.○ Collect testimonials, videos, and feedback from clients to gauge their satisfactionand improvement.○ Maintain detailed records of client progress reports.● Operations Support:○ Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth client experiences.○ Address and resolve any issues clients may encounter during their journey.● Sales Support:○ Assist the sales team with client renewals.○ Generate new business opportunities by leveraging client feedback and successstories.○ Promote and encourage client referrals.● Health and Wellness Advocacy:○ Motivate and inspire clients to maintain a healthy and positive lifestyle.○ Provide basic health and wellness guidance as needed.Qualifications:● Background in health and wellness.● Basic understanding of health principles.● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.● Ability to motivate and inspire others.● Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.● Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
