We currently handle multiple Health Insurance claim cases and are looking for an experienced professional who can understand the reasons for claim rejections, gather all required documents, and file formal complaints efficiently. Key Responsibilities Listen to and understand the client’s case regarding Health Insurance claim rejection Prepare a checklist of required documents and collect them from the client Review rejection letters, medical reports, hospital bills, and policy documents Draft complaint letters and prepare case files in coordination with the legal and back-office teams Keep the client informed about each stage of the process Stay updated with IRDAI regulations and relevant health insurance policies Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 2–3 years of practical experience in Health Insurance claim handling Strong knowledge of claim process, TPA coordination, and IRDAI guidelines Ability to understand medical terminology Skilled in documentation and filing Excellent communication and customer handling skills Proficient in MS Office, email, and digital document management Educational QualificationMinimum Graduation (Candidates with medical or insurance background will be preferred) Salary & Benefits12,000k to ₹15,000 * 10 k to Unlimited performance-based incentives* (earn more with better results) Mission-driven, target-free work environment Professional training and career growth opportunities How to ApplySend your CV to: hr.airecovery@gmail.com Subject line: Application for Health Insurance Claim Expert
