📌 Job Title: Health Insurance Claim Executive Location: Surat,mota varachha Experience: 1-3 Years (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply) Job Type: Full-time Salary: As per industry standards Key Responsibilities: • Review and verify health insurance claim documents • Coordinate with hospitals and TPAs for claim status updates • Assist clients in the claim process – documentation, form filling, and follow-ups • Track both reimbursement and cashless claim processes • Resolve customer queries related to claims • Ensure timely claim submissions and settlements Required Skills: • Basic knowledge of health insurance claim process • Good communication skills in Hindi and English • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word • Ability to work as part of a team • Responsible and customer-focused approach ⸻ 📌 Job Title: Insurance Backend Support Executive Location: Surat,motavarachha Experience: 0-2 Years Job Type: Full-time Salary: Based on experience and skills Key Responsibilities: • Handle data entry and processing of health insurance proposals • Verify and maintain policy documents and files • Update and manage databases on CRM or Excel • Perform backend operations on insurance portals (e.g., Star, Niva Bupa, Care, etc.) • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports • Provide backend support to the sales team • Track renewals and send timely reminders to clients Required Skills: • Basic understanding of the insurance industry • Good knowledge of computer operations, especially Excel • Organized in documentation and record keeping • Ability to work with speed and accuracy • Strong coordination with internal teams and clients
