Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Health Insurance Advisor, located in Thiruvananthapuram Taluk. The Health Insurance Advisor will assist customers in understanding their health insurance options, provide guidance and advice, and help them select the best plans. Daily tasks include providing excellent customer service, promoting health and wellness, delivering training sessions, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Training, Health Promotion, and Wellness
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Ability to build strong relationships and provide empathetic support
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of health insurance policies and regulations is a plus
