**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As a Manager in the Health EMR team at Accenture, your primary responsibility will be driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions. You will play a crucial role in providing strategic advisory services, conducting market research, and developing data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance. Your contribution will help deliver more effective, affordable, and personalized patient outcomes for our Healthcare clients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive and manage client deliveries, including associated reporting and dashboarding. - Monitor, update, communicate, and implement project plans effectively. - Engage with clients and leadership to identify opportunities for business transformation. - Track financials and resources at a program level to ensure project success. - Lead governance activities to support mobilization of newer workstreams. - Serve as a liaison among clients, technical team, and different workstreams. - Provide thought leadership and generate relevant assets for the team. **Qualifications Required:** - Health industry expertise with an understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem. - End-to-end understanding of provider functional value chain components. - Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective stakeholder management. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. **Additional Information:** You will have the opportunity to work on innovative projects and gain career growth and leadership exposure within Accenture.
