guidance.

Interact with customers across calls, WhatsApp, and email consultations.
Maintain high levels of customer experience through empathetic and

solution-oriented communication.

Ayurvedic Guidance & Product Education

Explain product benefits, ingredients, and usage instructions in simple,

easy-to-understand language.

Educate customers about healthy lifestyle practices that complement product use.
Stay updated on product knowledge, new launches, and evolving wellness trends.

Consumer Follow-Up & Health Tracking
