Key Responsibilities: Medical Care and Treatment: Provide skilled medical care to factory employees in cases of illness, injury, or emergencies. Perform medical examinations, assessments, and diagnosis for employees as required. Administer appropriate treatments, medications, and therapies based on medical findings. Emergency Response: Lead and coordinate medical responses during accidents and emergencies within the factory premises. Provide immediate medical aid and stabilize patients before arranging transfers to external medical facilities if needed. Health Promotion and Awareness: Develop and implement health awareness programs, workshops, and seminars to foster healthy lifestyles, disease prevention, and overall well-being.
