As a Implementation Analyst at Reveleer, a healthcare data and analytics company utilizing Artificial Intelligence for enhancing health plans, your role involves the following key responsibilities: - Supporting customer onboarding, enablement, and management processes. - Setting up projects in Jira based on information provided by sales. - Translating data and information from customers and internal teams to packets for distribution to retrieval teams. - Working with multiple file types to collate information, identify discrepancies, and ensure accuracy. - Collaborating with various departments to ensure implementation meets expectations and timelines. - Clearly communicating concise, accurate summaries and questions to the implementation team for missing or inconsistent data. - Proactively collaborating with team and stakeholders to ensure operational performance of day-to-day tasks. - Managing and obtaining required documents and agreements following company processes. - Executing duties with minimal guidance, showing strong initiative on process improvement and documentation practices. Qualifications and Qualities: The ideal candidate for this role should have: - Bachelor's degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or Health Administration. - Experience in enterprise SaaS software for health plans. - Jira experience is preferred. - Preferred experience in onboarding complex SaaS software, particularly in Risk and/or Quality domains for health plans. - Strong business and technical writing abilities, along with effective communication skills both written and verbal. - Exceptional planning skills with high organization, attention to detail, self-direction, efficiency, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Ability to operate with minimal supervision and direction. Additionally, the Implementation Analyst should possess technical expertise, a broad knowledge base, and the ability to connect technical issues with business needs swiftly. While relying on development and support teams for specific technology details, the analyst must rapidly understand the implications and inter-relationships of technical aspects within the solution.
