? Conceive and Execute the Business Plans – Monthly, Quarterly and Annual
? Drive the booking and billing of the assigned product lines as per the ABP
? Accountable for profitability of the assigned product lines
? Strategic Positioning of the products with Key Stakeholders like consultants, PMCs and Customers
? Business Development and relationship building with potential customers
? Strategic marketing activities in growing segments like Industrial, Pharma and Healthcare, Government and data centers and IT
? Mentor and Develop the team to be competent and operate independently.
? Relationship building with Top consultants and customers
? Providing technical inputs from time to time to the product managers and R&D team for future developments
