As the Headmistress for the Primary Years Programme at Manav Rachna International School, Ludhiana, you will have the opportunity to lead and shape the formative learning experiences of our youngest learners from Pre-Nursery to Grade 5. We are seeking a passionate early childhood educator with a minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within primary or early childhood education. The ideal candidate should hold a Graduate/Postgraduate degree with B.Ed./M.Ed. as per CBSE norms. We are looking for a dynamic and compassionate leader who possesses proven leadership skills in a progressive or experiential school setting. It is essential to have a strong understanding of early childhood development and age-appropriate pedagogy. The ability to lead and train a team of educators with empathy, clarity, and collaboration is crucial for this role. Experience in designing engaging, play-based learning environments and a passion for nurturing creativity, curiosity, and independence in young learners are highly valued. The successful candidate should be confident in building relationships with parents and ensuring a smooth home-school connect. Awareness of NEP guidelines and proficiency in implementing foundational literacy & numeracy goals are also important aspects of the role.
