Head - Vehicle Validation and Vehicle Prototype

You will be responsible for the validation of vehicle and system levels, including component level validation for Electric vehicles (3 Wheeler, 4 Wheeler) and Internal Combustion Engine Vehicles (3 Wheeler, 4 Wheeler). This includes DVP (Design Validation Plan) for performance and durability. Additionally, you will provide validation support for current projects and Value Engineering activities. Your role will involve working on engineering prototypes for new projects, both for Electric vehicles (3-Wheeler, 4-Wheeler) and Internal Combustion Engine Vehicles (3-Wheeler, 4-Wheeler). You will also be responsible for concept prototypes, benchmarks, and providing support for ongoing projects. Key responsibilities include defining test cases, finalizing DVP with stakeholders, preparing project plans, budget estimation, asset management, self-learning, and training teams. You will collaborate with various stakeholders in Product Development, Marketing, Testing Labs, and Suppliers. As part of the qualification and experience requirements, you should hold a graduate/postgraduate degree in Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics/Mechatronics and have 15-20 years of experience in the Automotive Industry, with at least 8 years in a senior role in Vehicle Validation/Prototyping, preferably with expertise in EV Validation/Prototyping. Your skills should include a good understanding of national/international standards, knowledge of New Product Development Process, Electric Vehicles and Core EV Technologies. Experience with automotive electronics test equipment, problem-solving skills, PPAP process, 3D modeling, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, and familiarity with Laser welding, 3D printing, CNC machining, and Rapid prototyping will be advantageous.,
