We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment efforts and build a high-performing workforce. The Head of Talent Acquisition will oversee the recruitment team, develop and execute talent acquisition strategies, and drive initiatives to attract top-tier talent to our organization. This is a leadership role that requires an experienced HR professional with a deep understanding of recruitment best practices, market trends, and an ability to partner with senior leadership to align hiring strategies with organizational goals. Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's short- and long-term business objectives. Identify key talent needs across various departments and ensure that the recruitment strategy supports organizational growth and workforce planning. Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of talent acquisition professionals, ensuring they are equipped with the tools, training, and resources needed to succeed. Establish clear team goals and performance metrics, and provide regular feedback to drive continuous improvement. Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture within the talent acquisition team and across the broader HR function. Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring an efficient, smooth, and positive candidate experience. Implement and optimize best practices in sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of the recruitment process and make data-driven decisions to optimize talent acquisition efforts. Develop and execute strategies to enhance the companys employer brand, showcasing the organization as an employer of choice. Leverage social media, job boards, and other platforms to engage with passive candidates and increase visibility in relevant talent markets. Create and manage compelling recruitment marketing campaigns to attract diverse and qualified talent. Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, business objectives, and culture to inform recruitment efforts. Advise leadership on trends, market conditions, and talent acquisition strategies to ensure the company remains competitive in the talent market. Provide guidance on compensation trends, interview techniques, and hiring strategies. Drive the companys diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the recruitment process to ensure a diverse candidate pool. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote diversity in hiring and create an inclusive recruitment experience. Manage and implement recruitment technology tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment marketing software, and candidate management tools to streamline and improve the hiring process. Stay current with the latest talent acquisition technologies, sourcing platforms, and market trends. Analyze recruitment data and provide regular reports on key hiring metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality. Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership regarding talent acquisition strategies, challenges, and opportunities. Track the success of recruitment campaigns and programs to ensure alignment with company goals and ROI. Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, educational institutions, and other external partners. Represent the organization at industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to build a strong talent network.
