As the Head of Talent Acquisition in the automobile industry, your role will involve leading the global recruitment strategy to acquire top-tier talent across various geographies. Your main responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing global talent acquisition strategies in line with business objectives and growth plans of the company. - Forecasting future hiring needs and creating proactive strategies to address talent gaps effectively. - Overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes in multiple countries to ensure consistency, compliance, and an excellent candidate experience. - Managing high-volume recruitment for critical roles in Technology, R&D, manufacturing, corporate functions, and leadership positions. Qualifications required for this role include: - A Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - At least 18 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within a global MNC, preferably in the automobile industry. - Strong expertise in global recruitment strategies, talent branding, and executive search. - Proven ability to lead cross-functional, diverse, and geographically dispersed teams. - Deep understanding of the automobile sector's talent landscape, including engineering, operations, supply chain, and leadership roles.,
