We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of Talent Acquisition to lead our globalrecruitment strategy within the automobile industry. This leadership role will be critical in drivingthe acquisition of top-tier talent across multiple geographies, supporting our business growth, andstrengthening our position as an employer of choice in the automobile sector. The ideal candidatewill have extensive experience in strategic talent acquisition, deep knowledge of the globalautomobile industry and a proven track record of building high-performing recruitment teams.

Strategic Talent Leadership

Develop and execute global talent acquisition strategies aligned with HMCL’s business objectives and growth plans.

• Forecast future hiring needs and create proactive strategies to address talent gaps.
  

Global Recruitment Operations

Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple countries, ensuring consistency, compliance and excellence in candidate experience.

• Manage high-volume recruitment for critical roles in Technology, R&D, manufacturing, corporate functions, and leadership positions.
  

Master’s degree in Human Resources,Business Administration, or a related field

Relevant Experience

18+ years of progressive experience in talentacquisition, with at least 5 years in aleadership role within a global MNC,preferably in the automobile industry. Strong expertise in global recruitmentstrategies, talent branding, and executivesearch. Proven ability to lead cross-functional,diverse, and geographically dispersed teams. Deep understanding of the automobilesector’s talent landscape, includingengineering, operations, supply chain, andleadership roles.
