Head – Seed Quality & Laboratory

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our Seed Quality Laboratory and drive plant-wide quality standards. The role covers seed purity, moisture, germination testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all seed testing operations (purity, germination, vigor, moisture).
• Lead NABL & ISTA accreditation processes.
• Implement and monitor quality protocols in processing, treatment, packaging, and storage.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
• Train and mentor quality staff, driving continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Seed Technology / Agriculture / Plant Breeding (or related).
• 7–12 years of experience in seed testing & quality assurance.
• Knowledge of NABL/ISTA accreditation standards.
• Proven leadership and documentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
