Head Security & Fire

As a Site Security and Fire Head, your role involves overseeing overall security functions for a specific Geographic Region, including individual Sites and Clusters. Your responsibilities include: - Managing budget projections for each Site to assist in Budget Preparation and executing Security Automation Projects - Ensuring Site Level Security Compliances and integrating business-specific Security & Fire requirements into group-wide frameworks - Collaborating with Site Projects and O&M Heads, Cluster Security Heads, and other stakeholders for smooth functioning of the Regions/Clusters - Grooming, orienting, training, and upgrading Site Head(s) & Cluster Security Head(s) for effective management - Planning leaves for Site Head(s) & Cluster Security Head(s) while maintaining 70% availability on duty in your Area of Responsibility - Coordinating with Regional Agency Heads for timely submission and verification of Security Agencies & Vendors Bills - Managing general administration of OMPs deployed in your cluster and liaising with the agency for effective management - Generating Management Information System (MIS) reports for Sites under Cluster at fixed intervals and as per Management requirements - Implementing Security Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Security Management Plans (SMPs) - Designing, implementing, and testing group-wide fire emergency response and incident management plans - Leading crisis management teams during Security & fire emergencies and conducting audits to ensure compliance and recommend improvements - Representing the group in regulatory forums and advocating for policies aligned with business requirements - Driving standardization of Security & fire safety compliance across businesses for seamless reporting and transparency Qualifications: - Graduation/Postgraduate in any stream Must-have Experiences: - Over 15 years of experience in fire field and at least 5 years in a leadership role for a large organization reporting directly to Head Fire & Security - Rich experience in leading material management operations of weighbridges & Gate security operations - Experience in managing weigh bridges operations of large-scale organizations with high vehicle and cargo movement - Up-to-date knowledge and experience with material management compliance issues across Security sub-domains - Strong understanding of incident investigation techniques and audit procedures related to material management (Note: The additional details of the company were not provided in the Job Description),
