Head- Reverse Pickup with Quality Control

As the RVP QC Head, your primary objective is to develop and expand the Reverse Pickup + Quality Check (RVP-QC) services throughout India, particularly focusing on return-heavy sectors such as Fashion and Electronics, catering to both B2B and B2C segments. Your key responsibilities will include designing and implementing scalable operational and technological workflows for RVP-QC, creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), implementing fraud control measures, and establishing Quality Check audit systems. You will be responsible for the profitability and growth of the business, driving Go-To-Market strategies, determining pricing strategies, and managing client onboarding processes. Collaboration with various departments such as Product, Technology, Operations, Human Resources, Sales, and Finance will be essential for the success of the role. Monitoring and improving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like Quality Check accuracy, Turnaround Time (TAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS), and enhancing Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7-12 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with at least 5 years in leadership roles. A strong background in reverse logistics, Quality Check processes, and integration of technology is required. Demonstrated skills in cross-functional leadership, as well as a customer-centric approach towards ensuring success, are fundamental for this role. Your goal in the next 12-18 months is to achieve a national rollout of RVP-QC services with 5-10 enterprise clients. You are expected to maintain Quality Check accuracy above 98%, ensure a Turnaround Time of less than 24 hours, and achieve a Net Promoter Score of over 60. Moreover, you are tasked with establishing RVP-QC as a competitive differentiator in the market, setting the service apart from competitors.,
