The incumbent shall be responsible for the entire Research & Development (R&D), Product Development, Design & Formulation, Process Optimisation, Quality Improvement, Cost Reduction, Sustainability & Environment, Testing & Analytical Work, Innovation & Technology Upgradation, Customer Support etc.
Managing R & D team at lab and to execute the trials, testing for all the products development to facilitate the works. Procurement of equipment, product development , product validation from field and customers end , cost effectiveness of the developed products, manufacturing process development and optimizations, energy effectiveness for the manufacturing processes etc. Liazo with the other different divisions and handling the internal customers. Scaling up the products in developmental stages.
Ph. D. in Chemical Technology/ Chemical Engineering with 20+ years of experiences from a large Cement manufacturing Industry, Metal extraction Industry, special chemicals Industry work experiences.
Good communication and leadership skills.
