Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead the development team for UPS-INVERTER products, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Design and develop power electronics systems, including PCB testing and validation using MATLAB simulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware design, software development, and automation testing.
Develop test plans, procedures, and reports for new product launches.
Conduct relay testing and application testing to ensure product reliability and performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

10-20 years of experience in Power Electronics industry with expertise in Inverter technology.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) from a recognized university.
Strong knowledge of electrical testing tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc., as well as proficiency in PCB testing techniques.
