Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) in collaboration with the Section Head of Quality Assurance specifically designed for heavy engineering
Develop Quality Assurance Processes/Plan (QAP) and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs)in collaboration with the Section Head of Quality Assurance to monitor and evaluate project deliverables, ensuring they meet specified standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines
Oversee non-destructive testing (NDT), visual inspections, dimensional checks, weld inspections, and other relevant quality control measures
Ensure that all testing and inspection equipment (such as gauges, measuring instruments, NDT tools) are calibrated and in proper working condition.

Preferred candidate profile

Professional certifications in Quality Control, AWS/CSWIP Welding inspector, Six Sigma, ISO Lead/Internal Auditor, or ASQ Certified Quality Manager, are highly advantageous.
In-depth knowledge of quality management principles, tools, and methodologies, such as ISO 9001, AS9100, and Six Sigma.
