Job Description

Role & responsibilities Understand and adjust print parameters (mesh count, squeegee pressure, ink viscosity) for various substrates. Supervise the screen preparation process: coating, exposing, and reclaiming screens. Monitor ink and material compatibility, particularly for natural and synthetic fabrics, and various leather types. Ensure high standards of print quality, color matching, and alignment across all production runs. Troubleshoot printing defects (e.g., bleeding, misprints, ink cracking) and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with design and sampling teams to execute prototypes and production orders accurately. Maintain production logs, quality control records, and inventory of inks, screens, and materials. Desired Skills Color Management: Strong understanding of color theory and color management principles. Experience with a wide range of printing and finishing equipment. Typically requires several years of experience in print production, with experience in a supervisory or management role preferred. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize workflows. Knowledge of color management and prepress processes
