Job Description

Major Responsibilities:

Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets.
Design business strategies and plans to meet the company goals.
Effective coordination amongst various disciplines within the Project & Manufacturing team
Ensuring cost effective and time bound delivery of manufacturing deliverables from 2 Plants
Ensuring compliance of manufacturing works to applicable Statutory and regulatory Standards
Participation in review meetings
Maintaining close coordination with the Engineering team

Required key skills (functional/technical)

Knowledge in International standards like ASME / ANSI, API, TEMA, Material code and Engineering Standards.
Updated knowledge of statutory rules and regulations
Effective Communication, Collaboration & Man-power Management skill
Problem solving ability
In depth knowledge in pressure vessels, column & cold boxes, cryogenic vessels in manufacturing, quality and installation
In-depth knowledge of welding process
Ability in effective Techno-commercial negotiation
Knowledge on Industrial Safety and international process safety standards (EIGA, Hazop)
