Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our Parts Distribution division. The role involves driving strategy, managing operations, and ensuring the effective performance of the company’s spare parts distribution network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the parts distribution strategy and operations.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective distribution of automobile spare parts.
• Manage relationships with B2B clients, including dealers, workshops, and key accounts.
• Drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Build and lead a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in parts distribution or related functions.
• OEM experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, operational, and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to improve efficiency and drive business results.
