Job Description

Role & responsibilities Responsible for Coating, Nickel plating, Chromium Plating, Electro Plating etc., Implementation of new work methods in such a manner as to improve productivity, safe working conditions, cost control etc., Responsible to guide the factory people to upgrade the infrastructures at the factory for quality output. 4. Ensure the alignment of the organization with the company vision, purpose and priorities. 5. Ensure that equipment methods and materials are kept at the highest possible standards and productivity is continuously improved. 6. Efforts of waste elimination and cost control activities. 7. Co-ordinate with Unit II & Foundry with regard to meet customer requirement like Quality, OTD, etc. 8. Adherence of SOP by factory team. Ensuring all the parameters and adhere the norms as prescribed by TNPCB. Providing solution to improve the ETP procedures. Ensuring that the check list is followed and adhered as indicated in SOP. Co-ordination with operations team of SKEL-II to improvise the Quality of ETP. Submission of report to management through WMS regarding quality consumption details, and recycled content of treated water from ETP. 14. Responsible for training the team for process improvement functions. 15. Develop 2nd line for heading the functions of plating division. Responsible for analyzing the bath analysis report. Responsible for achieving the production target. Responsible for maintaining quality aspects of plating activities. Preferred candidate profile 1. B.E or M.E in Chemical engineering 2. Good experience in plating industry 20 years minimum 3. willing to relocate to CBE Perks and benefits as per industry
