Job Description:Were seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and enhance the day-to-day operations of our luxury resort in Tala. This role demands a dynamic, detail-oriented leader who ensures exceptional guest experiences while driving operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:• Manage and supervise all departments — Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance.• Ensure top-tier guest satisfaction and handle any service recovery promptly.• Implement and maintain high standards for cleanliness, service, and overall presentation.• Oversee staff training, development, and performance to maintain a motivated team.• Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure revenue targets are met without compromising service quality.• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.• Coordinate with senior management to achieve strategic goals and continuous improvement.Requirements:• Proven experience as an Operations Manager (preferably in luxury hospitality).• Strong leadership and team management skills.• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.• Hands-on approach with a guest-first mindset.• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
