Head Operations - Aveksha Hospitals, MS Palya, Bangalore We are hiring a dynamic Head of Operations to lead Aveksha Hospitals into its next phase of growth. This is a senior leadership role that reports directly to the COO and offers the opportunity to shape hospital-wide strategy, operations, and culture in a growing healthcare ecosystem in North Bangalore. About the Role You will be responsible for the entire operational spectrum of the hospital — including patient services, HR, quality, marketing support, compliance, supply chain, and financial performance. You will work closely with internal teams and clinical leadership to ensure efficient, high-quality, and patient-first service delivery. What You’ll Drive Oversee all medical & non-medical operations with a focus on excellence and efficiency Accountable for P&L ownership and achieving financial targets Ensure compliance, accreditation , and quality control across departments Manage human resources, training , and leadership development Collaborate with the marketing team to build a strong community brand Lead inventory and cost optimization strategies Represent the hospital for statutory compliance and licenses What We’re Looking For 6–10 years in hospital operations with leadership experience Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a clinical environment Exposure to hospital budgeting, P&L management, and performance reviews Strong understanding of compliance, NABH, medico-legal and statutory frameworks Excellent communication, planning, and execution skills Why Aveksha?
