Head of US Sales Operations

As the Head of US Sales Operations, you will play a crucial role in building and leading a world-class US sales engine. Your primary responsibility will be to scale and manage a team of over 200 individuals, ensuring that they deliver measurable ROI for our US clients. This role goes beyond just managing agents; it involves designing effective strategies, implementing the right technology stack, and guiding your team to success. Your key responsibilities will include: - Establishing and expanding a 200+ seat US sales operation from scratch. - Providing leadership to managers, trainers, QA specialists, and WFM teams to maintain consistent performance levels. - Taking ownership of the full sales funnel, from lead response to onboarding and retention. - Implementing top-notch global tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Five9, Genesys, NICE, ServiceTitan, Workiz, Zendesk, and Freshdesk. - Developing and executing comprehensive training programs, including V&A, compliance, sales coaching, and AI-driven performance systems. - Collaborating with US leadership teams, participating in MBRs/QBRs, and delivering tangible ROI results. We are seeking a candidate who possesses: - 12-18 years of leadership experience in US-facing sales operations. - A track record of successfully scaling operations of 200+ seats while maintaining consistent ROI. - Proficiency in CRM systems, dialers, QA processes, and global compliance standards. - Excellent communication skills, cultural awareness, and a data-driven approach to decision-making. - The ability to inspire and motivate teams while establishing scalable systems for long-term success.
