Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Proficiency in various API and intermediate production and operation activity.
The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders such as EHS, SCM, Engineering, and cross-site Production teams.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective collaboration with all departments to meet production targets.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring all production activities follow established safety and quality standards.
The candidate will be responsible for achieving 100% adherence to the production plan and ensuring OTIF (On-Time In-Full) dispatch
The candidate will be responsible for preparing OPEX and CAPEX budgets for the production department.
The candidate will be responsible for setting departmental objectives, KPIs, and targets aligned with organizational goals, and monitoring them effectively.
The candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing the production team to meet current and future business needs.
The candidate will be responsible for building and motivating a high-performance team culture focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
The candidate will be responsible for conducting regular Safety Gemba walks.
The candidate will be responsible for driving safety awareness and reinforcing safety protocols across the shopfloor.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should be B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering.
Candidate should have at least 15-18 years of working experience from any well- known API Pharmaceutical Companys
