As the Head of Sales - Enterprise at our esteemed client, a leading product engineering and digital transformation technology partner, you will be responsible for leading sales efforts in India and the US. This role is perfect for someone with a wealth of experience in enterprise sales and business development, particularly in establishing strong connections with CXOs, especially CTOs and CEOs, to secure high-value deals and drive global business growth. You will play a hands-on and strategic role, driven by a passion for cultivating long-term relationships. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and engaging with CXOs at target companies in India and the US, leveraging your existing network to create new business opportunities, and taking full ownership of the sales pipeline to ensure successful closures. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing and expanding key accounts, nurturing trust and solid relationships for recurring business, and representing the company at various events, tech summits, and CXO roundtables to enhance brand visibility and forge strategic partnerships. Collaboration and strategy will also be critical aspects of your role, as you will work closely with the leadership team to develop effective go-to-market plans, share valuable insights about the market, clients, and sales trends, and coordinate efforts with the delivery and marketing teams for seamless alignment. To excel in this role, you should ideally possess 10 to 12+ years of experience in enterprise sales and business development, established connections with CXOs, a proven track record of closing large deals valued at $250K or more, a solid understanding of IT services, and expertise in consultative selling. Your willingness to travel within India and to the US is essential, and any experience working with US-based clients or markets, familiarity with industries like fintech, healthcare, or IT services, or prior exposure to growth-stage or fast-paced startups would be advantageous.
