Head of Revenue & Growth

As a Senior Revenue Growth Officer at our company, you will lead revenue generation initiatives across various projects and business verticals. Your role will involve owning the P&L, driving top-line growth, managing marketing investments efficiently, and guiding sales and marketing teams towards ambitious targets. Key Responsibilities: - Take full ownership of the P&L to ensure consistent achievement of revenue goals. - Develop and execute impactful B2B and B2C sales strategies on online and offline platforms. - Create and execute marketing plans in line with budgetary objectives to drive measurable growth. - Identify new markets and develop expansion strategies to tap into untapped opportunities. - Conduct continuous training and capability building for the revenue team. - Provide leadership to sales and marketing teams to meet aggressive growth targets. - Establish significant partnerships and collaborations to drive long-term value for the company. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the EdTech industry. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic planning, effective execution, and team leadership. Your experience in sales and marketing, particularly within the EdTech sector, will be valuable in achieving our revenue goals.
