Head of Recovery and Collection

The Malankara Multi State Co-Operative Credit Society is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as the Head of Recovery and Collection in Trichur. In this full-time on-site role, you will be responsible for overseeing debt collection, collections management, and team management. Utilizing your strong analytical skills, you will drive efficient recovery processes to meet the monthly targets assigned. To excel in this role, you should possess debt collection and collections management expertise, along with a background in finance. Strong analytical skills, experience in team management, and excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with an MBA being preferred. We are looking for a candidate with at least 15 years of experience in the Recovery Department of a Bank or NBFC. A thorough knowledge of legal policies, arbitration, and hardcore account settlements is required. The successful candidate should be prepared to engage in fieldwork, meeting customers to reduce the NPA percentage, and demonstrate good negotiation skills.
