Head of Product Engineering

You will be leading all engineering functions for Kyrios 2.0, taking complete ownership from vendor transition to team building and new feature delivery. Your role will involve designing modular backend and frontend architecture, leading development of AI-based features, collaborating with product and UX teams, and building and retaining a high-performance engineering team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead all engineering functions for Kyrios 2.0 including architecture, backend, frontend, DevOps, data, and security. - Establish internal CI/CD and AWS infra after codebase handover. - Design scalable modular backend (NodeJS) and frontend (React) architecture. - Develop AI-based targeting, profiling, and recruiter automation features. - Collaborate with product and UX teams to prioritize features and ensure user satisfaction. - Mentor and retain a small but high-performance engineering team. **Qualifications Required:** - 8-12 years of experience in product engineering, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or community platforms. - Proficiency in NodeJS, MongoDB, and ReactJS. - Deep understanding of API security, scaling, data structures, and cloud infrastructure. - Previous experience in leading 5-10 member teams in early-stage environments. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.
