Job Description

As the Head of Product & Technology at a high-growth consumer brand, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end digital commerce ecosystem and omni-channel technology stack. Your role will involve owning product strategy, engineering delivery, and tech-led business growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead Product & Technology across Digital Commerce (website/app), marketplace integrations, ERP, OMS, WMS & POS systems. - Directly manage technology teams including product, engineering, QA, and integrations. - Build product roadmaps, lead platform enhancements, and ensure seamless cross-system integrations. - Drive SEO-led organic growth by scaling organic traffic from 0/low to 1,00,000+ monthly visitors. - Develop and scale omni-channel capabilities such as loyalty programs, store-based fulfillment, unified inventory, and frictionless customer journeys. - Collaborate closely with business, ecommerce, marketing, operations & finance teams to deliver tech-enabled growth. **Qualifications Required:** - 10-12 years of experience in Product & Technology within D2C, Ecommerce, or Omnichannel environments. **Additional Details (if applicable):** The company values individuals with expertise in direct tech team management, Shopify/Shopify+ proficiency, ownership of Digital Commerce + ERP/OMS/WMS/POS systems, hands-on SEO experience with demonstrable scale-up, strong experience with integrations, APIs, middleware, and delivering scalable platform solutions. It is also beneficial to have experience in omni-channel capabilities, exposure to MarTech tools, and marketplace integration.,
