What we’re looking for:

• You’ve led post-production teams before. Big ones. High pressure. Fast turnaround.
• You’ve got a

  mad taste in films

  - from social content to 30-sec ads to long-format.
• You love using

  AI tools

  and automations to save time and scale quality.
• You know what makes creative people tick - and you can manage them with clarity + empathy.
• You’ve been around the block in

  advertising, branded content, maybe even OTT or features

  .
• Bonus if you’re a

  director

  too. Massive bonus.

What you’ll do:

• Build and lead the entire post-production team at a-tom. (aka our “Kitchen”)
• Set

  creative benchmarks

  and raise the bar every damn day
• Streamline processes, manage deadlines, keep the chaos sexy
• Scale

  ChopShopLab

  into a beast that can edit for India and beyond
• Work directly with me (I’m Apoorv - founder, creative head, and chaos enabler) to make stuff we’re genuinely proud of.
