You have been tasked with the opportunity to join a fast-growing company in the E-commerce and hyperlocal logistics space as a Head of Operations West. In this role, your primary objective will be to lead and manage operations within a designated region, focusing on driving performance, revenue generation, and upholding the organizational values and culture. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the operational performance of assigned PODs, offering feedback for continuous improvement, guiding and mentoring POD Owners on strategic initiatives and process enhancements, analyzing performance data to inform decisions regarding hub and manpower expansion, ensuring process compliance and minimizing discrepancies in coordination with POD Owners, acting as a brand ambassador on the ground to uphold service quality and operational excellence, collaborating with the Sales team to boost shipment volumes, managing budgets and productivity for designated PODs, working closely with HRBPs and TA teams to fill open positions, and addressing escalations from top management while resolving them in alignment with POD Owners.
