Job Description Stock Broking Operations, Back Office, Dp, Kyc & Vendor Management

* Ensuring seamless day-to-day broking operations across back office, DP, KYC, surveillance, and CTCL management, supporting uninterrupted trading and strong client experience.

* Managing and optimising back-office and DP operations to handle higher trading volumes, timely settlements, accurate reconciliations, and regulatory reporting.

* Overseeing KYC and onboarding functions to reduce turnaround time, enable faster client acquisition, and ensure continuous compliance with SEBI, AML, and PMLA requirements.

* Proactively monitoring and resolving surveillance alerts in coordination with Compliance and Risk teams to safeguard revenue, market integrity, and the broker's reputation.

* Managing creation, activation, and rationalisation of CTCL IDs to support trading, and scalable business operations.

* Managing and coordinating with operational and technology vendors to ensure SLA adherence, system stability, cost efficiency, and business scalability.

* Acting as a key interface between business, technology, compliance, and operations teams to enable smooth execution of business initiatives and new product launches.

* Responsible for driving broking business enhancement by aligning operations, technology, and vendors to improve scalability, client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
