Roles and Responsibilities Manage plant operations, ensuring efficient production planning, scheduling, and execution. Oversee CNC Turning/Milling, CNC Sliding Head, and 5-Axis VMC programming to meet quality standards. Develop and implement effective manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive process enhancements. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. Desired Candidate Profile 2-7 years of experience in manufacturing operations or related field (CNC machining company). Strong knowledge of CNC milling, turning, and VMC programming (5-axis Programming). Proficiency in CNC sliding head programming is an added advantage. Experience in plant management or similar role required; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Candidates proficient in software programming (Esprit, Delcam, Hypermill, Mastercam, or others) on top of above requirements will have added advantage
