Role Overview

Head of Messaging Ads Sales (Meta)

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Leadership

  • Build and execute the sales strategy for AiSensy's CTWA ads offering.
  • Lead a high-performing team of ad sales managers and campaign specialists.
  • Drive predictable revenue growth and achieve quarterly ad sales targets.

Client Acquisition & Growth

  • Prospect, pitch, and close enterprise brands, agencies, and performance marketers.
  • Develop strong consultative relationships with marketing leaders and media buyers.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from discovery to negotiation and closure.

Agency & Partner Collaboration

  • Forge and scale strategic partnerships with top media agencies and digital networks.
  • Build co-branded GTM plans to maximize CTWA adoption via AiSensy's platform.

Campaign Strategy & Optimization

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure ad campaigns deliver on performance KPIs.
  • Analyze client performance, optimize ad strategy, and drive repeat investments.

Insights & Reporting

  • Track and report on sales pipeline, win rates, conversion metrics, and ROI.
  • Present insights and performance updates to founders and investors.

Requirements

  • 610 years

    of experience in

    digital ad sales

    ,

    performance marketing

    , or

    ad tech

    , with at least

    23 years in a leadership role

    .
  • Proven experience in

    managing teams of 20-50 employees

    .
  • Strong background in

    Meta Ads

    ,

    Click-to-WhatsApp Ads (CTWA)

    , or performance-driven media sales.
  • Proven success in selling to

    enterprise clients

    ,

    D2C brands

    , and

    agencies

    .
  • Deep understanding of ad performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPL, CAC).
  • Ability to lead sales teams, manage high-impact accounts, and exceed targets.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Meta Ads or Digital Sales are a plus.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
