Head of Media Partnerships & Alliances

As a senior partnerships leader at zzazz, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic media alliances and building relationships with publishers, bloggers, and content platforms across India. This is a hands-on position where you will lead the Sales team, negotiate high-value partnership deals, and contribute directly to revenue growth. Your efforts will shape zzazz's market presence, drive distribution, and enhance our overall performance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage the Sales team to ensure performance and accountability - Establish and nurture relationships with media publishers, bloggers, and content creators - Identify, pitch, and successfully close high-value partnership deals - Create scalable outreach strategies to expand our partner ecosystem - Represent zzazz at industry events, discussions, and networks - Collaborate with product and growth teams to align partner needs with the company's roadmap - Utilize data to optimize sales processes and measure partnership success metrics **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, media sales, or strategic partnerships - In-depth knowledge of India's digital publishing and creator ecosystem - Proven track record of initiating and expanding media/content partnerships - Strong leadership skills with previous experience in managing Sales or Business Development teams - Ability to excel in fast-paced startup environments with high levels of ownership - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities In addition to the specified qualifications, bonus points will be awarded for: - Existing relationships with leading publishers and blogger networks - Experience working with SaaS, monetization tools, or media-tech platforms - Exposure to early-stage startup growth and go-to-market strategies,
