GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES - HO Mechatronics:

Foster collaboration among engineers, designers, and stakeholders.

Project Development & Execution

Oversee design and development of autonomous and industrial robotic systems.
Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Ensure projects meet client requirements and safety standards.

Innovative & Sustainable Design

Develop advanced mechatronics solutions using robotics, AI, and automation.
Promote scalable and sustainable design practices.
Use simulation and testing tools to enhance performance and reliability.

Quality Control & Compliance

Implement quality control processes for robotics and automation projects.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Review designs regularly for safety, functionality, and performance.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

Deliver technical presentations and reports to clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored mechatronics solutions.
Ensure successful project delivery through clear communication and timely execution.
