Position : Power Electronics Engineer Location : Rajpura, CHANDIGRAH, MOHALI Experience : Minimum 3 Year Qualification : B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field Number of Positions : 12, we are Hiring R&D -NPD engineering team for our R&D section - in LITHIUM Battery, solar inverter, and other HIgh and low voltage industrial products Job Type : Full-time, On-site Job Responsibilities : Perform testing, inspection, and validation of power electronics components used in inverter, UPS, solar and lithium battery systems . Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to circuits, inverters, converters, BMS, and PCBs . Ensure quality standards are maintained in all production and field-deployed electronics. Support R&D and design teams in the development of new power electronics products. Prepare test reports, quality documentation, and inspection records . Work closely with the quality control team to identify and eliminate root causes of failures. Provide feedback to design and production teams for continuous improvement . Perform pre-dispatch inspection and validation of all electronic components. Key Requirements : Minimum 3 year of relevant experience in power electronics , preferably in INVERTER, UPS, solar energy or lithium battery systems . Strong understanding of electronic components , circuits, and testing procedures. Knowledge of quality control, fault detection, and preventive measures . Familiarity with testing equipment like oscilloscopes, multimeters, battery testers , etc. Ability to interpret technical drawings, circuit diagrams , and specifications.
