Head of Marketing and Communications

As the Head of Marketing Communications for Mauli Infra, your role will be crucial in shaping the brand strategy, executing integrated campaigns, and enhancing stakeholder engagement across the real estate portfolio, encompassing residential, commercial, and plotted development segments. You will play a pivotal role in influencing public perception, driving buyer interest, and elevating the brand's presence. Key Responsibilities: - Define and evolve the brand identity of Mauli Infra across various projects and platforms. - Lead 360 campaigns encompassing digital, print, outdoor, and activation channels. - Oversee the creation of diverse content and collateral such as brochures, videos, press releases, investor decks, and social media content. - Manage media relations, PR agencies, and ensure consistent earned media coverage. - Collaborate with digital teams for SEO, SEM, and performance marketing initiatives. - Take charge of organizing launch events, site showcases, and community engagement activities. - Ensure alignment of messaging across sales, CRM, and leadership teams. - Own and manage the marketing communications budget while tracking campaign effectiveness. Qualifications Required: - 10-15 years of experience in marketing communications, with a preference for real estate, infrastructure, or lifestyle sectors. - Demonstrated success in brand building, campaign execution, and stakeholder engagement. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage agencies and vendors effectively. - Excellent communication and storytelling abilities. - Strategic thinking coupled with hands-on execution capability.
