To excel in this role, you should possess skills in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair, along with experience in Maintenance Management and general Maintenance. Proficiency in Team Management is crucial, as you will be leading maintenance teams across multiple locations. Strong organizational and leadership skills are essential for effectively managing maintenance operations. Your problem-solving abilities will be put to the test as you tackle various maintenance challenges. The ability to work independently and take initiative will be key to your success in this role. Any experience in the healthcare industry would be advantageous, although not mandatory. A relevant degree or certification in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field would be beneficial for this position.
