Job Description

Job Description: Legal Head Represent the company in legal and revenue matters across various courts. Draft/review legal documents (Agreements, POAs, MOUs, Notices in English & Marathi). Scrutinize property and revenue documents for land acquisitions. File applications under the Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act (Sec 43). Coordinate with external advocates, survey/civic departments, and government bodies. Oversee litigation and ensure timely legal follow-ups. Lead and mentor the in-house legal team.
