Head of Joinery

Role: We are seeking a skilled Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field to prepare detailed technical drawings and construction documents for our interior design and architecture projects. Join our team to translate design concepts into precise, professional drawings and documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in drafting for interior design/architecture
• Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and technical standards
• Portfolio demonstrating accurate technical drawings and construction documentation
• Expert proficiency in: AutoCAD, technical drawing standards
• Proficiency in: SketchUp, Revit, MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of: Building codes, construction details, material specifications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical documentation
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed construction drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections
• Create working drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation
• Develop section layouts and detail drawings
• Coordinate with designers and architects to ensure drawing accuracy and completeness
• Maintain drawing standards and ensure compliance with building codes
• Revise drawings based on design changes and site conditions
• Assist in quantity takeoffs and material specifications

Salary: 5 LPA (Negotiable and depending upon experience)
