Head of Investor Relations & Fundraising

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Overall 15+ years of experience with significant fund raise experience in private equity, venture capital.
• Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow).
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Analytical Skills: Experienced in financial modelling and valuation.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent network and fund raise/investor relations experience is needed. Excellent organizational skills, and an ability to manage multiple projects at once Good team player and able to communicate with key investors or stakeholders internally and externally Excellent drafting, communication, and stakeholder management skills Handles sensitive board-level matters with tact, discretion, and emotional intelligence Highly personable with exceptional communication skills - verbal, listening, and writing.
