As the Head of India Operations for Fiber Engineering & Telecom Programs, you will be instrumental in establishing and leading a centralized hub in India focusing on OSP fiber network design, fiber engineering services, drive testing, benchmarking, and backend operational support for major global telecom clients like AT&T, Verizon, Ericsson, and Nokia. Your main responsibilities will revolve around ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and delivering exceptional service to these key clients. - Create and lead a collaborative, high-performance culture within the centralized operations hub. - Design organizational structure, workflows, and resource allocation to enhance coordination and efficiency. - Oversee OSP fiber network design, fiber engineering services, drive testing, benchmarking, and backend operations for consistent and efficient service delivery. - Manage financial aspects and P&L ownership to ensure project profitability, cost management efficiency, and meeting revenue targets. - Lead end-to-end program execution for large-scale fiber deployments and telecom infrastructure projects, acting as the primary escalation point for program risks and client concerns. - Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and stakeholders like AT&T, Verizon, Ericsson, and Nokia, providing technical guidance and managing relationships with global technology vendors and service partners. To thrive in this role, you should have 15-18 years of progressive leadership experience in telecom infrastructure, specifically in OSP fiber network design, fiber engineering services, drive testing, and benchmarking.
